Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Austin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Flavour townnnnn I loved the lamb leg with rice and tabouli and babaganoush. The tabouli was fresh and just how I like it. The lamb was so tender the meat easily falls off the bone. Babaganoush (eggplant dip) was also delicious and well seasoned. This place is excellent. That’s all Their cashew baklavas are very delicious.

Came here on a Wed night with high hopes of a good meals after seeing reviews, but it was easily the worst meal ive had in a long time. We got the mixed shawarma family meal with sides and the meat was so dry, it was like cardboard/jerky. They cut the meat fresh from the spinning grills, but i guess its just been continuously cooking without them trimming it on the regular to keep it from drying out. The sides were pretty bland and meh. I dont know if we came on a bad night or what, but it was so disappointing.

so so so good!!! we got the falafel wraps, and four sides. Highly recommend everything but the Baba Ganoush with spicy seasoning and the eggplant curry were AMAZING. The baklava WAS SO GOOD. Everyone get the walnut baklava right now! The service was so amazing, we got there a bit before closing so they didn’t have all of the meats available and and they gave us baklava and pita bread on the house!! This is definitely entering the restaurant rotation.

First time here and wow — I ordered the half chicken with rice and it was amazing — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and comforting in the best way. The mixed cucumber vegetables were super fresh, and the pistachio baklava was unreal. The environment was very calm and peaceful, which made the experience even better, and everyone working there was genuinely so kind. They even gave me a sample of their lentil soup and it was incredible, rich, flavorful, and comforting. I’m definitely coming back. This place feels like a gem.

Wow, just wow… how have we overlooked this gem all these years?!?! Simply the best Mediterranean food we’ve had in town! The hummus is some of the best we’ve ever tasted and the portions are shockingly large - a double meat platter easily feeds 2. The option to get half sides is fantastic and their half portion is like other restaurants’ full portion. The other 3 sides I tried were potatoes, baba ghanoush and tzatziki - all delicious! Chicken was great but beef had some chewy bits. To top it all off, they gave us each a generous piece of baklava, as they were closing. Such was the wonderfully friendly customer service. We will be repeat customers for sure if nothing else, to get vats of that hummus!
